1. vibrating feeder,

2. drum magnet,

3. eddy current separator,

According the material states of the PET flakes,we recommended the configuration.

1) material feed into the vibrating feeder,

2) by the vibrating feeder,the material feed into the drum magnet evenly,and the ferrous metals sorted out,

3) the materials after the drum magnet continous feed into the eddy current separator(magnetic rotor),and the non-ferrous metals sorted out.

4) the non metals are send to next process machine.

5) After two stage of the eddy current separtion,the non-ferrous metals recovery up to 97%
